#6. Stuffed baked apple
Apples are packed with dietary fiber and antioxidants that can reduce the risk of heart disease and
diabetes. In a separate bowl combine oatmeal, maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil. Fill the apple with
the mixture and place in a baking pan with ½ inch of water. Bake at 370 degrees covered with aluminum
