#4. African Green Revolution
The New Green Revolution in Africa is being led by the same players that founded the concept in Asia.
The Rockefeller Foundation leads the pack and is paving the way for entry by transnational agrochemical, fertilizer and agricultural biotechnology companies to peddle their wares. The goals are doubling the income of 20 million small farmers, reducing food insecurity 50% in 20 countries, ensuring that at least 15 countries are on a path toward sustainable and climate-friendly green agriculture.
