#9. Stay indoors when the sun is at its hottest
This is usually the 4 hours in the middle of the day. Remember, the sun’s rays are not only intense in the summer, but also in the winter. Be careful near water, snow, and sand. Water, snow, and sand can reflect the damaging rays of the sun and increase your chance of sunburn. Try not to stare at the sun, even with sunglasses because of it’s UV rays.
