#5. Foods high in fiber
Foods like broccoli, cauliflower, and beans are incredibly healthy, can help you with weight loss, and should make up a significant part of your die. But they won’t do you any favors if you eat them right before sex. While those foods can be very helpful at other times, eating them before heading into bed with your partner can lead to gas and bloating that may make you feel more self-conscious than sexy. Because foods with high-fiber content digest slowly, cut out fiber at least 4-5 hours before you think you’ll be having sex to avoid an uncomfortable situation.
